The composition of the pillows from the Lux range

The pillows from the Lux range have both the pillow back and the pillow front made of 100% cotton. The pillow cover is removable, provided with a zipper. Also, the back of the pillow has an access zipper for adjusting the density of the pillow. Read more about the siliconized down interior here ... We recommend washing the pillowcase at a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius, because at too high a temperature the cotton creases intensively, requiring extra effort when ironing. The back of the pillow for pregnant women is also made of 100% cotton.

Delivery terms

Voinicel products are unique and are only made to order. The execution term for voinicel.ro products normally falls between 2-5 working days, from the moment of our SMS or e-mail confirmation. In this way, your request becomes the order.

There is sometimes the possibility that these deadlines are slightly exceeded in certain periods of the year (the month of December is generally crowded, around the Easter holidays, the month of November on the occasion of Black Friday) or due to the large number of orders received. In these special conditions sc AltConcept srl reserves the right to increase the delivery time by notifying the customer of the said delay.

Non-working days (including legal holidays) are: January 1-3, 24; April 30; May 1-2; June 1, 7, 8; August 15; November 30; 1, December 24-31.

We strive to make execution times as short as possible. Shipping by courier is added to these times. The consumer must confirm or deny the new proposed delivery term.

Note: The delivery schedule for couriers as communicated on the Fan Courier and DPD Romania websites can influence delivery times in certain periods of the year.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Products returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt if they are in the same condition in which they were received.

Reimbursement will be made by refunding the amount through the bank. Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning products and shipping/handling charges of the original purchase are non-refundable.
