Brett Phillips became known among his students after giving them, at the beginning of the school year, a list of 101 things that they must do for a less stressful life.
1. Wake up 15 minutes earlier
2. Prepare the night before for the beginning of the day
3. Avoid wearing tight clothes
4. Avoid relying on the help of chemical products

6. Don't rely on memory...write it down on a piece of paper
7. Practice preventive maintenance
