Our working hours are Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Delivery times
Voinicel products are unique and are made to order. The manufacturing time for voinicel.ro products normally falls within 3-5 working days, from the moment of our SMS or email confirmation. In this way, your request becomes an order.
There is sometimes a possibility that these deadlines may be slightly exceeded during certain periods of the year (December is generally busy, around Easter holidays, November due to Black Friday) or due to a large number of incoming orders. Under these special conditions, SC AltConcept srl reserves the right to increase the delivery time by informing the client of the respective delay.
Non-working days (including public holidays) are: January 1-3, 24; April 30; May 1-2; June 1, 7, 8; August 15; November 30; December 1, 24-31.
We strive to keep manufacturing times as short as possible. Courier shipping is added to these times. The consumer must confirm or refute the proposed new delivery time.
Note: The delivery schedule for courier services as communicated on the websites of FedEx, DHL, may influence delivery times at certain periods of the year.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Products returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt if they are in the same condition as they were received.
Refunds will be made by bank transfer. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning products, and original purchase delivery/handling fees are non-refundable.
